Hi,
I have been asked by a good Friend and Family Member (soon to be married into the family of my missus) to borrow a substantial amount of money.
To point out beforehand, I have no problem with this, I want to loan the money, I don't want any interest, I just want to make sure that with every eventual possibility, I just get my money back. (you can't be too careful and can't always foresee break ups etc).
The amount might be irrelevant to what I'm asking but it's 10k.
Is there a contract available from somewhere to edit a little? Any advice welcome.
