Another handy trick is the Block Unwanted Callers option. There are many downloadable applications that do this but they do not work as one would like. Some allow one to block just a couple of numbers at a cost. The alternative with the Android phones is to add the unwanted callers number on the contacts list then edit the numbers profile. You can do this by pressing Menu, tap options and select the send voice mail option. This caller will not be able to get through to your line.

A handy tip is the visual voicemail option. This allows you to read your voicemails as opposed to listening to one voicemail after another which tends to be rather frustrating. This application can be found in the phone itself though there are those phones that require for you to download the application.
